COVID19 Coronavirus Patient Information

Please do not delay getting health care. If you need urgent medical help and it is not an emergency, contact your GP or NHS111 online or telephone NHS111 first. During the COVID19 pandemic it’s important that A&E is only used by those with serious or life threatening problems.  There are many ways to get the right care at the right time via www.nhs.uk , your pharmacist and your GP. Your GP offers online, telephone and video consultations. If you are invited in for a face to face appointment, infection control measures are in place to keep patients and staff safe.

Appointments

Please do not delay in seeking health care and advice from the practice. All appointments will initially be conducted by telephone or video consultations. Please be assured that your GP, nurse or other health care professional will request that you attend the surgery for a face to face consultation if this is deemed necessary.  When contacting the surgery please be prepared to give the call handler as much information as you can about your condition, this will enable us to ensure that you are treated in a timely and appropriate manner.

Please drop prescription requests in the box outside of the surgery, call your nominated pharmacy or email eversley.reception@nhs.net
