The festive season is near winter is approaching, Eversley Medical Centre will be closed on the following dates, 25/12/2018, 26/12/2018 and 01/01/2018, please note all repeat prescriptions must be requested by Friday 14th December 2018.

 

If you need urgent treatment Please call NHS 111 free from a landline or mobile a list of alternative providers for emergency care can also be found below.

 

Minor Injuries- walk-in services at Purley Hospital and Parkway Health Centre assess and treat adults and children including babies, the services runs from 2pm to 8pm, 365 days per year.

 

Minor illness can be seen by either your Pharmacist or by your GP at your local  practice, and if your GP is closed, please call 111.

If it is a life-threatening emergency you should always call 999 straight away, if you need urgent treatment while we are closed please call NHS 111 free from a land line or mobile.
